This is a small game for a private group of friends. Be decent to each other and don't mess with the site, and everything will be fine.
The site admin can suspend or permanently ban any account, at their discretion, for any of the following:
Suspensions are temporary and time-limited (typically 3 days, 1 week, or 1 month). Anything more serious than that results in a permanent ban instead. If your account is suspended or banned, you'll receive an email explaining the situation, including how long it lasts (or that it's permanent) and a note from the admin about why.
A suspended or banned account cannot log in or play until the suspension ends (or at all, if banned). This applies regardless of membership status -- suspension and banning are about behavior, not billing.
Access requires an active annual $5 membership, renewed manually once a year -- there is no automatic billing of any kind, and nothing is ever charged without you personally completing a payment. If your membership lapses, your account simply can't log in until you renew; this is separate from, and unrelated to, any suspension or ban.
This site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, that it will be free of bugs or errors, or that any particular feature will function exactly as described at all times. This is a small, independently run site, and things will occasionally break.
If you run into a problem, we genuinely want to know about it, and we make a good-faith effort to look into and address issues that are reported to us. We do not, however, guarantee a fix, a timeline for one, or compensation of any kind for downtime, bugs, or lost gameplay.
All payments -- annual membership, card packs, coin packs, and any other purchase made on this site -- are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, account suspension or banning, or a period of site downtime. Please consider this before making a purchase.
